Warranty:
All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages along the manufacturing process. Fatpups is committed to quality, and would like a chance to fix a problem if one occurs.

Disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.

Returns:
There are a great number of variables involved with selecting the right pickups for your particular needs. Many of these variables remain mostly unknown until the pickups can be played through your actual signal chain in real-world scenarios. Because of this, all regular stock pickups purchased directly from Fatpups may be exchanged for any pickup of equal or greater value plus the difference. You have 30 days from the time you receive them to contact support@fatpups.com and receive an RMA. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

All returns must meet the following criteria:

• No returns or exchanges on accessories (pickguards, rings, pots, caps, switches, jacks, picks, etc.), or custom/non-stock items.
• Pickups must be in as new condition, with all original retail packaging, not altered or damaged in any way. Any signs of alteration, damage or abuse – including, but not limited to scratches, steel wool in/on pickup, stripped screws, etc. – may void the return policy altogether, at our discretion.
• Must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form including an associated RMA Number. Contact support@fatpups.com for a RMA
